On Tuesday 9 November, iSOFT held its iPM User Group meeting on site at EHI Live.

iSOFT works with its customers to organise and support a variety of different user groups, which meet at various intervals. User groups serve a number of functions:
• communication and discussion medium for customers and iSOFT
• review of planned new product releases (including demonstration of new features)
• examples of best practice (for example training, new applications of products)
• review of and input to iSOFT product development strategy
• customer prioritisation of requested product enhancements
• networking opportunity for both customers and iSOFT staff; user groups are usually attended by iSOFT staff and may include account managers, product managers and project managers
• opportunity for users to meet senior iSOFT staff, meetings are often attended by Directors, who outline current plans in key areas of the company, Customer Service for example.
