Main Conference
Please contact us directly to receive a full briefing of the benefits of sponsoring the EHI Live 2015 conference. The sponsorship involves major branding pre show and on site plus a speaking slot and access to the delegate attendee data amongst the package details.

Theatre Sponsorship – Best Practice Showcase
Wonderful branding and coverage on site and pre show around one our most popular feature areas. The sponsorship includes a 30 minute session within the programme, published on line and in the show guide and on site signage.

Tweet wall sponsorship
Sponsor the show’s tweet wall screens and information point areas. 7 large plasmas in high visibility areas within the show will be branded with your logo. Benefit from a co-ordinated preshow and on site tweet campaign executed with our in house social media team. Also includes a rotating advertisement on the screen throughout the show opening hours. Your company will be acknowledged on the EHI LIVE website and also in official show guide as a show sponsor.

Loud and proud – up to 8 advertisers will have rotating slots on the hall tweet wall and ground level plasma displays.

Registration area sponsorship

A major branding opportunity at the entrance of the show. Sponsorship includes logo branding in the main entrance of the show on the registration desks, wall panels and floor tiles – showing stand number wherever possible. Staff to wear branded clothing (provided by sponsor), touch screens will be branded with logo. Two company representatives can exclusively distribute a piece of promotional material to the arriving visitors as they enter the hall.

Entice visitors to your stand with an offer or competition. Your company will be acknowledged on the EHI LIVE website and also in official show guide as a show sponsor. A DPA approved list of attendees will be provided post show with contact details.

Hosted lunches
Host a lunch for delegates and visitors selected from the pre-registered list in your own suite adjacent to the main hall. Run a brief presentation and then sit and mingle with your guests. Personal invitations are sent out on your behalf with the menu. A booking system and all logistics are done for you. Just turn up and dine! Perfect for that targeted meet, in an informal environment.

VIP/speaker lounge sponsorship
Have your company logo branding the VIP lounge area within the hall. Sponsor’s logo to be displayed within the lounge and on TV screens when they are not broadcasting sessions or BBC News. Sponsor to have exclusive placement of pop up stand/marketing collateral in the lounge and will receive details of attendees. Catering staff may wear branded clothing (provided by sponsor). Sponsor to be acknowledged as show sponsor in show guide and on live website.

“You are here board”
Sponsor company logo and solus stand highlighting on each of the boards placed out on the show floor. These directional boards guide the visitors around the show and your stand will be highlighted over all the other exhibitors. Company acknowledged on EHI LIVE website and also in official show guide.

Insert in visitor bag
The bag is distributed to all attendees, with the official show guide inside. This is an opportunity to add marketing collateral to the bag. Maximum of 5 inserts. Sponsor to supply the literature/gift.

Visitor bag branding
The bag is distributed to all attendees, with the official show guide inside. Sponsor to get one side of the bag branded with company logo, strap line and stand number. An insert is also included in the package (to be provided by sponsor). Sponsor to be acknowledged as show sponsor in show guide and on EHI LIVE website.

Floor tiles
Place your branding on 1m x 1m vinyl floor tile in key areas around the show. Guide visitors to your stand or flag up your demonstrations or competitions. Artwork to be supplied by sponsor.

Delegate pen and pad branding
Distributed within the show bag, all visitors will receive these on entry to the show. Sponsor to be acknowledged as show sponsor in show guide and on EHI LIVE website.

Big Red Beer Bus Party
Sponsor the welcome drinks at the end of the first day on the EHI Live bus stand. The party is promoted to all first day attendees and is a great way of inviting potential clients to an informal get together as the first day winds up. As sponsor the area will be branded for the party, with signage and acknowledgement in all EHI Live publicity as a show sponsor – on website and in show guide. The sponsor will get a list of all first day visitors as a post-show marketing opportunity.
